This is a Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) waitlist. Applicants must meet applicable income and household eligibility requirements, and rent limits apply.

Before housing is offered, we verify income, assets, identity, and other required documents. Residents generally complete an annual recertification. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee an apartment, and current eligibility limits, rents, and availability may change.

Minimum monthly rents

$950 1-bedroom apartment

$1,050 2-bedroom apartment
